In this book, I share my lifelong journey of self-exploration and how I have worked through various challenges while maintaining happiness throughout different phases of my life. Happiness is a skill set that anyone can learn and apply to have the life one truly desires and deserves. The recipe for happiness is a blend of practical life tips that will help you transform your life and manifest your dreams.
Dealing with debilitating stress and worry is not easy. Fearing the unknown can be
paralyzing, robbing you of vital peace and well-being.

a lot of pressure and feeling overwhelmed. Perhaps you are going through new and
unfamiliar life challenges.
Stress can contribute to feeling overwhelmed and can affect your sleep and eating patterns too.
