Cindy is a visionary with a powerful message to share with the world. Her passion has always been to make a positive impact, to help others feel happier. Her clients appreciate her peaceful nature and non-judgmental approach that allows them to feel truly supported in making the changes they want to make in their lives.
Cindy brings an interesting dynamic to her clients as she uses both wellness and coaching models to help decrease their stress, increase their peace and transform their lives. Using a holistic approach, the goal is to help clients restore their own balance of mind, body, emotion and spirit so they can live healthy and productive lives.
Cindy has a strong artistic side as well. In her spare time, she loves to read, paint and decorate.
Cindy has over 25 years of experience in studying human behavior, motivation
and happiness. She has a Master's Degree in Psychology from Argosy University
and is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Georgia. Cindy is a Board Certified
Coach through the Center for Credentialing and Education.
Cindy holds additional certifications in the following areas: NLP, Clinical Hypnosis, EFT,
Tele-mental health, Meditation, and as a Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Specialist.
She leads seminars on happiness, stress management and mindful living.
She is the author of The Happiness Recipe.
